But isn't there more paperwork (DS230,3032,864) to be completed before NVC sends package to foreign embassy?

Have most everyone already complete these previously?

My lawyer is MIA and reading about these forms now

Paperwork has nothing to do with NVC. There's nothing that needs to be done for it to get to the embassy.

You do paperwork for the embassy. It depends on the country, in some you need to send it in before you can schedule an interview. In some you just schedule an interview and bring all the paperwork in then.

I am also waiting for an updates from NVC. Was transferred from VSC to TSC.. Filed on 17th Dec.12 and received our NOA2 last 18th of June. My fiance have been calling NVC for a couple of times and was frequently told to wait, the most 2-8 weeks as per new guidelines processing. Pffffffttt.....

I'm also a VSC TSC transfer case. Our NOA2 is dated 06/18

Still not at NVC either. But when we called TSC before we had NOA2 the tier2 person told us that VSC sent thousand of cases to TSC and that every day they received nearly a hundred boxes filled with files that sat in VSC for months. So I bet they try to fill a truck with approved petitions to sent to NVC. Stupid but likely. I really don't wanna wait no more....

TSC 6/26 approval... just called NVC and spoke to a very rude man who told me 8 weeks... I came across this thread after informing me to tell them it is for a fiance visa.. I'll try this tomorrow, but will be calling DOS later today. Good luck to everyone!!

my fiance just called nvc they told him they are still waiting uscis forward them our file. he plan to call uscis later in the day.

Just called DOS and still no sign of the petition at NVC. NOA 2 was June 18 and we were a VSC-TSC transfer. the lady I spoke with was very nice and said it takes up to a month to get to NVC. I told her I had previously been told up to 8 weeks and she said that she hasn't seen it take that long, that it's typically a month. I also mentioned it was a k1. I have contacted my congressman over the matter, tried to talk to a Tier 2 at USCIS (incredibly rude and unhelpful), and have been calling DOS every weekday. Don't know what else we can do guys

Thanks Charlene! I didn't think we would see any thing happen on a Monday.. especially this early in the day...I still believe that this is going to happen this week...and I also have my Congressman looking into it. Let's get some pressure put on this center!

Our congressman's office told us today they've not heard back from TSC, so she is going to call them tonight to find out what's going on.

We need to get to the bottom of this...there is no adjudication here...just shipping from point A to B. I can't fathom the reason to sit on these files....!?!?!?

Your congressman (or their office) seems to be very helpful..hopefully they will find something out.

I just called DOS again and they said really calling them or NVC doesn't help at all because they don't have anything to log in...it's calling USCIS. I may try to call them tonight...ugh. this is frustrating.
