My NOA2 was July 3rd. My case supposedly just arrived to the Embassy today. It says ready when I put my case number in this site. Does this hopefully mean the embassy will have my case? I have been going back and forth with the embassy for the last week and they say they do not have my case.

NVC Arrival July 23rd

Just got our case number today. At least it shows they're assigning case numbers within a day or two of recieving them.

We're still waiting as well. So is everyone from TSC as far as I know.

We just got off the phone to the Department of State. They told us it's still a bit early, and generally it takes 30-60 days, although the average at the moment is around 30 days and to call back next

During one of my discussions with the Dept of State, I was told it can take up to eight weeks, even after the NVC receives our packet, to assign a case number. Its not taking that long , but that is their timeline . That's the projected time due to all the activity , not just K visas.

Good luck , everyone. Please remember to post here and update your timelines when you receive a case number.

Remember, it could be worse. Most of us will be married and with our loved ones this time next year.

Check if your consulate have it. May be they havent entered in the system yet.

10/19/13 - NOA1 EAD

11/07/13 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

11/16/13 - USCIS Status for I-485: Testing and Interview

12/03/13 - USCIS Status for I-131 AP - Approved / USCIS Status for I-485 - Card/ Document Production

01/07/14 - INTERVIEW @ 1:00pm, USCIS Hagatna Guam -APPROVED

01/08/14 - Card Production Ordered

01/09/14 - Register Permanent Status

01/14/14 - For Delivery with USPS Tracking No.

1/24/14/ - GC on hand

ROC I-751

10/09/15 - Eligible for ROC

10/21/15 - I-751 Packet mailed via USPS (2 day Priority Mail)

10/23/15 - Delivered to USCIS California Service Center

10/27/15 - $590 charged to account.

10/29/15 - received NOA dated 10/23/15

11/06/15 - Biometrics received for 11/18/15 appointment

Got my case number,took 8 days from when it left Texas

I got mine today!! 8 days from the email too!!

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

No not yet. I am the American anyway. He is still waiting for his police papers so I guess when he gets those he will schedule it. How long is it to get an appointment?

Do you get it by calling or email?

I called. I don't think you get notified again until it reaches the embassy. So it is best to call and ask. I called yesterday too and they said it wasn't in the system yet, and today it was–so it is worth calling.
