Dear Dreamingegypt: I am very happy to read your postings because we were transferred to TSC at the same time you were and you got your NOA2 just one week before we did so I am now hoping that we can get our case number next week and be in the same time frame that you had to deal with...I would be happy with that at this point...Take care and good luck ! you will be happy to know that my case is now "in transit" to port of spain, Only two days after receiving a case number at the nvc. Good luck to you and your fiancé. I hope things move as quickly for you as it has been for me.

Just got our case number today. At least it shows they're assigning case numbers within a day or two of recieving them.

We just got off the phone to the Department of State. They told us it's still a bit early, and generally it takes 30-60 days, although the average at the moment is around 30 days and to call back next

Just called DoS and got my case number! They just received it today.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
8/20/13 - Medical - Passed | 8/21/13 - Interview - Approved!
8/28/13 - Passport with visa ready to pickup from courier
10/17/13 - POE - JFK
10/28/13 - Applied for SSN and marriage license | 11/2/13 - SS card received

We got our NOA2 approval on 7/25/13, 140 days from the NOA1. Now from what I read its another decent wait time to get it from TSC to NVC. At least the longest wait portion of this is over. Looking forward to starting to make that call to NVC once I get an email that it left Texas. Thanks for this thread and all the information my fellow VJ'ers have shared with us. This would be an even more scary process without this site.

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!
( heart.gif February 15th 2013 heart.gif ) He pops the question in Kensington, London...and I say yes!

[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

WE HAVE SAME NOA2 DATE. MINE JUST SHIPPED TO NVC 07/25/2013.

Congrats steph!!! Mine finally got shipped from TSC to NVC july 24. Maybe soon I have case number.

I had to wait 3 weeks before getting transferred to NVC from TSC. NOA2 July3. transfer to NVC july24

Just called DoS and got my case number! They just received it today.

FYI, you can download packet 3 from Keiv embassy website along with info about medical and embassy check sheet. This will save you time.

its been 4 days so far for me.

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....
