Just got our case number today. At least it shows they're assigning case numbers within a day or two of recieving them.

We're still waiting as well. So is everyone from TSC as far as I know.

We just got off the phone to the Department of State. They told us it's still a bit early, and generally it takes 30-60 days, although the average at the moment is around 30 days and to call back next

Hi all,

I just posted this on the TSC forum as well, but today I found out I got approved on July 6 even though no approval notification was generated, and the online system still says I am pending.

I am now trying to figure out when/if TSC sent to NVC. NVC says they haven't received it, and USCIS doesn't know anything. Any suggestions or similar stories? Thanks!

My NOA2 - July 8, 2013.....I have called USCIS and NVC....USCIS actually told me they couldn't doing anything because I had been approved????? NVC hasn't received anything yet. I have not received a notice from USCIS stating my case was sent to NVC!!

WE HAVE SAME NOA2 DATE AND STILL AT TSC....I KEEP CALL NVC EVERYDAY NO CASE # YET.

PLEASE KEEP US UPDATE.

Yes we do!!! I called NVC today and they still have nothing. Let me know any updates you get.

I am really frustrated with the entire slow process!

When is the best time to call NVC? I try to call and I keep getting a busy signal...grrrrr

I also got the busy tone but then I called DOS (202-663-1225) and they gave me my case number. The wait is 100 times less than NVC if you call DOS. Hope it helps !!

When is the best time to call NVC? I try to call and I keep getting a busy signal...grrrrr

IF YOU CALL IN THE MORMING THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD LONGER ..I USUALLY CALL IN THE EVENING TIME (WAITING TIME ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES) ...JUST KEEP TRY UNTIL YOU GOT IT...SOMETIMES I TRIED TO DIAL 10 TIMES...

Dec 20,2012 NOA1 .... At Vermont Service Center

May 20,2013................. Transfer to Texas center

June 20,2013 .................NOA2 Approval

July 11,2013 .................Email .. Shipped to Dept of State (NVC)

July 22,2013 ................ Telephone to DOS 202-663-1225 MNL# given

I'm sorry to hear that...I posted again to let people know that I got notice I got sent to the NVC on July 19. I got a text update and email too.

So you have been approved but no notice that they are forwarding to NVC? Give USCIS two weeks. It seems like there is a two week delay time now between USCIS approval, and USCIS sending onward to NVC.

hmmm thats what i think too, the first batch of peitions at TSC were pretty slow, but now i have noticed TSC sending it faster, i hope o get my by friday

some people dont get a notice from USCIS that they sent the petition to NVC yet after 2 weeks they got their nvc#, just lettin ya'll know!
