Anyone from TSC K1 fiance please comment when you get a case number!!

Placed a call to my caseworker at my Senator's office. He didn't seem overly pleased with me asking him to place an inquiry with TSC about releasing my case to the NVC, but hopefully he does do it and it does get them to ship it out sooner rather than later

congrats dustin and janen! i got my noa 2 july 12 and was hoping after a week id get my MNL# and was hoping everything would be done before the end of august but now im not expecting to get my MNL# after 20 days! but its all good the wait is worth it and besides i got a noa2 without no RFE so im blessed as it is. quick question it says Notice sent to DOS? is that where you check your status on the USCIS website?

I think TSC is speeding up on sending to NVC. But they held our case for 1 month before sending

thats what ive noticed ive seen a couple of members with same month of approvals as me who got their NVC#, hope the process speeds up! are you gonna start making appointments in Manila now since you got your MNL#?

i just called USCIS and talk to a tier 1 and they told me that my petition was sent directly to the consulate in manila(us embassy manila) which i dont know whether to believe her or not, lol, but it does say so on my hardcopy of NOA2 that it was forwarded to the listed consulate, any comments on this?

Wowwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! We called NVC yesterday and was told we should have our case number next week. Just some few minutes ago, we had our case number. We are TSC transfer. NOA 2 June 21. Hoping and praying more TSC filers especially DEc filers get their case numbers too.

It did not get sent to the consulate. It will go through NVC. Tier 1 doesn't know anything. The NOA2 hard copy text is misleading.

Yes, I just scheduled interview and made the travel plans for medical next week. We paid our Visa fee already, so didn't have to wait on that. We are very ready for this. I already mailed her all the requirements.

All NOA2 say they are forwarded to listed consulate, but no consulate is listed. It is true, but it makes a stop at the NVC first (a few exceptions). I was told this same line by a tier 1, so I emailed the Manila Embassy and they told me in no situation would a K1 case skip NVC on it's way there.

Finally got my case number today (exactly one month from my June 19th NOA2 date!) I called NVC yesterday and they said they just received it so to call back in a couple weeks. PFFFT and I called back today and got the number! It was sent to NVC July 11th. Hopefully it wont take long to get to the embassy. Good luck to all those still waiting, your time is coming up!

It only took 10 days from the approval to the notice that it was shipped to the nvc. Seems like things are moving much faster for us now I'll start calling on Monday to get the nvc number. But I have one question, my fiancé (the petitioner) is outside the US right now because of work. Is he the only one who can call nvc to get the number or can I do it being the beneficiary?

Congrats but aw man! Another July 9th? Haven't seen any from July 3rd to July 7th...I hope they didn't skip over us somehow
