Just got our case number today. At least it shows they're assigning case numbers within a day or two of recieving them.

We're still waiting as well. So is everyone from TSC as far as I know.

We just got off the phone to the Department of State. They told us it's still a bit early, and generally it takes 30-60 days, although the average at the moment is around 30 days and to call back next

So yesterday my fiance called DOS and they told him our new case number and that it will be sent to my embassy within 1 to 2 days.This morning the online tracker said our case is still at NVC and tonight it states that it is IN TRANSIT :-)

Nov 30th 2012.....Filed Petition I-129F

Dec 6th 2012.......NOA1 (VSC)

May 29th 2013.....File got transferred to TSC

June 18th 2013....NOA2 (after 196 days!!!)

July 9th 2013.......Case is sent to NVC

July 18th 2013.....Medical in Munich

Aug 28th 2013.....Interview in FRN - Approved!

Aug 30th 2013.....Visa in mail!

Sep 13th 2013.....POE Boston

Nov 12th 2013.....Wedding in Old City Hall, Boston

Dec 02nd 2013....Sent AOS package

Dec 04th 2013.....Package received

Jan 02nd 2014.....Requested expedite for EAD due to severe financial loss (pending job offer)
Jan 06th 2014......Biometrics Appointment

@Vazpayne19 - I see your embassy appt is August 29 - may I ask why so long away? Is the Embassy backlogged that far?

Nope. July is still open at Manila Embassy. I have a pending passport renewal on August 6th and it is a 15working days but all is good. :)

We are a VSC to TSC transfer with an NOA2 date of 25 June, got NVC case number today. Hope this gives some of you an idea where it's all at.

i got my noa2 on july 12 and when i saw your timeline it was similar to mine in a way, does it really take a month to get the MNL#? and before you even got it you already got the CFO which i know is a requirement for filipino citizens going abroad, i guess my fiance wont need her MNL# in order to go and get the CFO cert,.
