Got the notice that our case was shipped to DOS today (which I assume means NVC). NOA2 June 25th. Will call later this week for a case number, but we're pretty psyched. Light at the end of the tunnel! Our plan was for him to be here by October so it's looking pretty good!

P.S., there's no place on the timeline to fill in this info, right? I should wait until NVC has confirmed arrival of my case?

june 24 still waiting

I don't know if it helped, but I sent an email to NVC with a scanned copy of my NOA2, asking for them to check on it for me since it had been 15 days and they had not recieved it. The email is NVCResearch@state.gov and you need to put only your reciept # in the subject field. Can't hurt to try!!

We just got the email that our case was shipped to DOS/NVC as well! woohoo! Like sek above me, we were also NOA2 on 6/25. Looks like maybe a lot more of the May TSC transfers were sent in one big batch...at least we know it's moving now. :)

Congrats to everyone else who got that status tonight...to the others still waiting, hang in there - hopefully soon. :)

Hey guys, I didn't get the noa2 yet but I'm really worried about this since my case was transferred to TSC and this delay can change all our plans :(

Well, there is one thing I don't understand. If all of you are calling the NVC and they didn't get the case yet (and they say its taking up to 8 weeks), why don't you guys call the TSC? Or use the congressman/senator, whatever you could do to contact the TSC. I may be totally wrong but it sounds to me that the only reason its taking so long is because TSC haven't send the cases to NVC yet and the obvious thing to do is to call them instead of NVC, TSC is the one holding it back! Please, can anyone explain this to me? thanks!

letller of senator

The Honorable XXXX
Adress
City State Zip Code
Dear Senator XXXX:
I am writing to ask for your help with my Petition for Fiancée Visa (K1 Visa). The process for this visa consists of three steps: 1) analysis of the request by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); 2) after approval, the petition is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC) where a new number (called RDJ) is assigned to the case; 3) After this number is assigned, the case is sent to the American Consulate inXXXXXXXXXXX, where an interview is scheduled for my fiancée.
Our case has already been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on June 24, 2013. However, we are worried because the average time for the National Visa Center to receive the cases and assign a RDJ number is 15 days, but we have been waiting for almost a month and our case still was not shipped to the National Visa Center from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
We have contacted the National Visa Center several times regarding this issue. Each time they inform us that they have not received our case from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. They did not provide us with any reason for the delay.
The receipt number for our process at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is EAC XXXXXXX. My fiancée’s name is NAME.
Please let me know if there anything you can do to help us with this case.
Thank you for your time and consideration of my request.
Sincerely,

Not yet. Need to wait to get the stuff from my doctors and want to wait till it's at the Embassy first to avoid any complications.

We got an update on the CEAC website today saying it's in transit.
