July 3 approval VSC to TSC transfer. Does anybody have any idea on our status. Was ours sent to NVC, etc or are they still at TSC. I have NOT gotten an email stating we are sent to DOS.

I feel a bit lost...TSC transfer from MAy, NOA2 6/25 and on a tight timeframe..I'm not sure if I should be calling NVC tonight or USCIS to find out when my case is being sent and why it's not entered. I never got the email that my case was "re-affirmed". I'm losing patience. :(

I am in the same boat. The only difference is that my case was approved 3 days after yours and I also didn't receive any e-mail or status update on my case. Not sure what to do.

I'm July 2 approval and I called last Thursday and they told me to wait 2-3 weeks. I assume we'll get the email that it's been sent to DOS and then a few days later they'll get it, as it looks like TSC is marking that as a status update.

If anyone gets a case number that's a TSC approval without having their status change to "sent to DOS", please let us know!

Our congressman's office just got back to us saying she'd just called up the congressional liaison for the NVC and they said they recieved it today but they don't know when it'll have a case number. She said she'll give them a day or two and then chase them up again. This is after the DOS and NVC told us today they hadn't recieved it, which proves they can B.S.

Haha. Thanks for that. I just emailed my senators office to ask them to contact NVC. He said he would once they received it to check on it. I'm on hold now for NVC. I called them this morning, then DOS at lunch, now NVC again. I'll call again before bed. We really need this number by tomorrow, because she needs to do Medical this week.

Edit: still not in there system agh

Just called NVC (called DOS earlier today with no luck) and the rep said my case was physically located in the building but had not been entered into their system yet. He said 10-20 days which means I'll call again later this week. I got the notice that my case was sent to the NVC on July 9th.

Ouch - why does she need the medical this week?

To meet my schedule of her getting here the first couple weeks in August haha. The original schedule was her to get here this week which would have been realistic with an NOA2 on 6/13. But here we are. (I know of another person that got NOA2 on 6/13 from VSC and their fiance already completed the interview last week and has visa in hand from Manila embassy).
