I thought the same thing...all of this BS for a simple transportation issue for our cases....I always ask the USCIS people "eight weeks to just ship my file....right?"

They take a second to think about it before answering yes....it's just crazy....

Well I hope we all get a notice this evening... we have been screwed with enough....

Have you taked to tier 2 (on phone or info pass) at USCIS, contacted Senator/Congressman, send complaint to Ombudsman?

USCIS tier 2 should be able to tell you were your case is at. I'm sure it was sent back to Vermont and maybe is on it's way back to Texas like mine was yesterday.

Why would it go back to Vermont and then back to Texas?

Why would it go back to Vermont and then back to Texas?

TSC approved it and was like "Hey VSC we approved your stuff, take it back now!" And shipped it back to VSC.

Then VSC was like "No way! You approved it, it's yours! Deal with sending to the NVC yourself!" And shipped it back to TSC.

Meanwhile we're all sitting here calling NVC every day so we can just move on with the process...

Hi Everyone, my fiancé-visa case was transferred May 24 from the VSC to the TSC and approved June 21.

I called the Department of State this morning and they said "the only thing I can tell you is that your case is in Vermont right now".

This may add to the theory that the VSC sent approved cases back to Vermont (maybe they forgot a special seal? a stamp? who knows?!). It seems crazy to send approved cases from Texas, then to Vermont, then back to Texas, then finally to the NVC in New Hampshire.

Sorry typo "This may add to the theory that the TSC sent approved cases back to Vermont (maybe they forgot a special seal? a stamp? who knows?!). It seems crazy to send approved cases from Texas, then to Vermont, then back to Texas, then finally to the NVC in New Hampshire".

I got this email at 8:15 tonight:

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On July 11, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

Now at least I don't feel left out hahahahahahahah
