That is what I saw as well but I am not sure if that case was just transferred from Vermont to Texas...and the petitioner misunderstood her letter. Either way I am here for the long-haul..ClockWatch2.gif .I will update this thread either way. Best of luck to you on this journey.

I see on your timeline you've been on this journey for quite some time :( I'm sorry. I can't even imagine! Why did you get denied the first time?

Filed on July 22, 2013 and acknowledged receipt by TSC July 24. Received NOA1 hardcopy five days later. I am just wondering why our application is being processed by TSC when it should have been VSC. I don't see anything on the receipt that it is going to be processed or transfer to VSC.

Your estimated approval time will change from time to time and it can go either way. It is all based off VJ users updating their own timelines accurately and then the site calculates an average then based from your filing and NOA1 dates, it projects an NOA2 date.

There are petitions being approved in my group (June) for example where the applicants are (from what I can tell) not members of VJ, therefore their info would not be applied to the averages.

There is also Igor's list that will show you VJ members (who update their timeline) that have been approved.

Your app is being processed by TSC instead od VSC because VSC is backed up...

Hello. Just checked the uscis site and it says our application is approved, so I guess we got NOA2, only 42 days after NOA1. We're very excited, but I keep checking it to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I'm a little concerned that this isn't real, and the site just says it by accident somehow. Anyone else out there getting approvals? I'm thinking we'll be seeing some approvals for the people that were transferred from vsc to tsc if this is for real.

Jealous if it is correct! That's awesome.

I just checked uscis and our last update was the Alien Reg # being updated on July 11, a day after our NOA1.

Congrats!

That's awesome news--congratulations! Were you one of the tranfers from Vermont to Texas on 08/06/13? We're in that group of transfers, but our status still says Initial Review.

Thanks guys. Yes, we were one of the transfers on 8/6/13. I checked a few numbers around us, and the were some that received RFEs and another approval. So, I'm really starting to believe it's real.
