We received a RFE today, how long will it take to get in the mail?

Sorry to hear about that. But at least your file was touched. I've read it takes 7-10 business days. Just try and have it completed that day and send it back as quickly as you can, to save time. The whole process delays the NOA2 by a month.

yes we did try contacting 2 senators, a congresswoman, the uscis ombudsman, filed an erequest 2nd time now (coz the first one already passed the 30 day mark and we still didnt get a noa2), my fiance already called the uscis several times and wrote even president obama, to no avail.....we are at our wit's end as it is. we only got touched on june 15 with a message that our address has changed (when we never req for an address change)

Hey there, I was wondering what happened to you, as I hadn't seen you around lately. I was hoping that maybe it meant you were finally touched, but alas, I aadly see you are not. sad.png A couple of others have been posting by the way, who have the same end of July date as you and have heard nothing. Maybe the three of you could band together in contacting people? Just a thought.

Nobody should ever have to go through what you are going through. If I had a chance to choose between getting approved today or you, I would let you have it. It just isn't fair. It's obvious they have lost the box containing your files.

thanks Leon. I tried not to check the sites because i have been depressed. One year? i mean come on....running out of positive thoughts....i need your input.:(

Get together with this person: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/147879-nufcfc/

Perhaps the two of you can join heads.

Oh geee I am feeling soooo blue. I know here are people with way longer wait times.... but I just can't help it.

I just checked all the WAC receipt numbers around me and seems like numbers higher and lower have ALL been adjudicated already two weeks ago. Only our file seems to not have been touched at all!! I can't believe it. Can I do anything? Should I call the USCIS (it has not been 5 month yet....) ?

I want to plan our wedding, I want to finally live with my maaan (and future husband), I want to start my new live.... cray5ol.gif

I know I am whining around... it is just so frustrating...
