Yes, there were a few March filers that have been left at VSC and are being processed by adjuctators there. It is likely that the box containing your file is already at an adjuctator's desk and this is the reason why it wasn't transferred with all the other boxes. That's my guess.

I really hope so. It just sucks to see other people who filed after you getting approved before you. Well what can we do right? USCIS doesnt really have an organized system as to how they process. It is also frustrating how they are so eager to get your money but when it comes to stuff like this they are too slow.

Feeling frustrated today, our NOA1 date was 03/22/13 for fiance visa; according to the timeline we might of had news by today. Unfortunately nothing and I keep seeing people who filed later than me approved. sad.png

Totally agree.

Well it seems that it isn't organized. It just isn't as organized as we'd like it. But it is simply impossible for them to process each application exactly in the order received. For all adjuctators to wait until everyone is done with March 17 to move on to March 18, etc. It's going to be somewhat out of order as they all have different speeds, not to mention different complexities regarding each file they process. If they processed them exactly in order, we would have a much, much longer wait time.

yes really. it took me about an hour a day for the week just collecting numbers, but now that its done I can just check the ones that look like they need movement soon. Makes me feel like im accomplishing something, even if its only soothing my own nerves.

It also doesn't look like CSC has sent out their emails for the night. Yet. I'm crossing fingers and toes.

Ok Meg & Danny,

So our you tracking the numbers you are collecting? I have to admit as an IT Geek I did document all numbers I checked for reference. Created a quick MS Access database so I can search and track all changes. Guess I could have just done an Excel spreadsheet but love working with database.

Lol true they cashed the check pretty quick. I was hoping because I'm a registered nurse in California and had to go through background check with the state and register my fingerprints that might help with the background check of me on this application.

Yes, of course they will get their money fast lolol.

But the background check they do only takes a day as well. Most of the time, your file is just sitting in a box waiting for its turn to be processed.

Sadly, I am not that adept. Computer literate, most certainly, but mine is on plain old notepad(I would have used excel except I don't have office on this computer).

I am tracking all the numbers I have. I just got done checking for July 11ths updates. Only RFE's or change of alien registration number(touches). Not a single approval for today in my bunch. and two unavailable as of today.

SO maybe it is early, maybe they haven't done approvals into the system yet?

And for what its worth, significantly less rfe's and number changes than yesterday or the 9th.

Good luck Leon and Mylen:) I hope you get your approval as you hoped so you can have your wedding done as planned.

As for us, we are just hoping that our wait for the elusive NOA2 wont take a year on July 26...otherwise, my fiance is seriously considering to send the uscis-csc an anniversary card. but anyhow, i sure hope everyone will get their noa2 as well...We all deserve it after going by the book and doing the right and legal way. In God's perfect time...

Hey there, I was wondering what happened to you, as I hadn't seen you around lately. I was hoping that maybe it meant you were finally touched, but alas, I aadly see you are not. :( A couple of others have been posting by the way, who have the same end of July date as you and have heard nothing. Maybe the three of you could band together in contacting people? Just a thought.

Nobody should ever have to go through what you are going through. If I had a chance to choose between getting approved today or you, I would let you have it. It just isn't fair. It's obvious they have lost the box containing your files.
