Oh NICE! Now let's keep sending positive vibes & thoughts so that our NOA2's come within these next couple weeks ?

I was bored so I went to USCIS and started at 100 number lower than my WAC and found an I129F approval that's 85 numbers ahead of mine. Might not mean much but things are getting close and my VJ estimate time went down one day to August 8 - 13.

I'm very hopeful that things are moving along and we will see something soon but no RFE please :-)

Or tonight! It's still early. smile.png

I keep forgetting today is not Friday lol, so yeah, we still have two more days here this week. (My vacation started today is all lol). How exciting.

Yeah, my case number is smack in the middle of 50 i-129Fs in a row, all in initial review with the last notice on April 15. So I've been tracking them all since last week when the first of April approvals on Igor's starting rolling in. Yesterday, for the first time, two of them got approved.

Here's hoping for the best of luck for both of us! smile.png

Hi Leon & Mylen,

Our NOA1 is April 24 - CSC

I had an hour to kill today so started doing what you and others are posting about running WAC numbers Up or down from your own on USCIS site. Although there are many i129F petitions, I seen many around me that are not i129F, are you guys just ignoring everything relating to those requests and I seen some saying RFE but doesn't specifically state i129F. I did see an i129F approval 85 numbers ahead of me but many before that that still weren't approved so maybe it had expedite or?

I know others may say this is a waste of time checking USCIS #'s but all I have is time and to me it feels rewarding seeing others close to my number being approved.

Take care and God speed on our approvalsbiggrin.png

Feeling frustrated today, our NOA1 date was 03/22/13 for fiance visa; according to the timeline we might of had news by today. Unfortunately nothing and I keep seeing people who filed later than me approved. sad.png

I don't know what was going on that day on April 15, but the 50 that surround my case all happen to be i-129Fs, rather than scattered with different types, so they must have been processing all of them in a row. So I've just been checking those one by one. 2 were expedited in May, and 2 were approved 2 days ago. I haven't checked them today yet, as it is still pretty early.

Please don't be discouraged. It is quite normal to see that. March filers are still being approved. It's just that some adjuctators that either finished their boxes of files, or were just added to the I-129f task force, picked up new boxes and April was all that was available since other adjuctators already have and are still working on the March boxes for the most part.

Thanks for the encouragement, I can't help but keep checking wondering what time of day the USCIS updates the system. Can't wait till this entire process is over.

Lately I've seen the update emails sent around 9 or 10 PM Pacific time. At least according to usually when K-1 CSCers on here update their timelines.

For what it's worth, i ignore anything that isnt a Kl visa application. It took me going through 3000 app numbers to find 275 Fiance applications.

WOW! and I thought I had some time to kill... LOL. 3000 ??? Really??? LOL

Thank you lol. It's obvious adjuctators were added, from looking at Igor's yesterday and seeing a lot more approvals than usual.

Yeah, I wouldn't have the patience for that lol. I was just lucky I guess that all 50 surrounding mine were I-129fs.

yes really. it took me about an hour a day for the week just collecting numbers, but now that its done I can just check the ones that look like they need movement soon. Makes me feel like im accomplishing something, even if its only soothing my own nerves.

It also doesn't look like CSC has sent out their emails for the night. Yet. I'm crossing fingers and toes.
