Hi, I will be a senior at my college in August and my boyfriend and I are seriously planning on getting married. I am currently legally on my F1 Visa in USA.

If we are to get married in May in my home country, and my VISA expires in June (and if I apply from OPT or CPT) will I be able to come back to USA or no? Should we get married asap and start filling the papers since the change of status is the easiest way to get everything done?

How much (approximatley) will all this cost?

If you know you want to not only get married soon, but also apply for a green card for you, then I suggest you get married in the US and file the Adjustment of Status (AOS) paperwork. If you leave now, and then try to re-enter with the F-1 after you've gotten married abroad and plan to file for AOS after you're back in the US, it becomes more complicated as using a non-immigrant visa (such as the F-1) to return to the US with the intent to immigrate is immigration fraud.

If you do AOS in the US, you're looking at total costs around $2,000 without any lawyer fees. That includes medical, copies, passport photos, mailing, etc. Filing fees are $420 for the I-130 and $1,070 for I-485 and biometrics fee.
