Can published volume for field offices be trusted?

Having randomly sampled a few field offices to check their current volume on the USCIS website, every one of them turns up with 0 petitions awaiting customer action. The national number given awaiting customer action is 6,199 -- out of over 250,000 pending! I can't really believe that's accurate. Is the volume report otherwise pretty trustworthy, though?

ROC Timeline

04/06/2016 - Mailed I-751

04/07/2016 - NOA1

04/13/2016 - Check cashed

04/14/2016 - NOA1 hardcopy

05/04/2016 - Received biometric notice

05/16/2016 - Biometrics appointment

05/17/2017 - Approved

05/22/2017 - Card in Production

05/25/2017 - Card Mailed

05/30/2017 - Card Received

I thought the USCIS check status site was the only site to check.. and the field offices don't even list the I-130's.

Awaiting customer action means waiting on RFE response. Not that many petitions get RFEs, so it doesn't seem bad to me. It also takes 6 months or whatever to get to the point where one would issue an RFE.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Here you go smile.png No processing times, but you can at least get a sense for the wait ahead based on ratio of receipts to approvals.

i say it's not as accurate as I was hoping, as I-130 stand-alones, headed to nvc, are not singularly counted.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

It's been that far behind since the beginning.

I believe they might update around the 10th or so.

I can't recall because it's been so long since I cared.

So, sometime later this month, it will update to May.
