Green card production after ELIS

I have a question after paying the 165 green card fee i decided to update the address on ELIS website however it kept asking me to upload proof of identity?So i uploaded my passport(the picture with the CR1 visa in it)?Did i made a mistake?Can somebody help me?Should i call USCIS?

Husband is planning on going by the Social Security Office tomorrow. What will he need to bring besides passport with visa, marriage certificate?

It's fine. You just gave them too much info. You didn't have to answer all their questions, which feels odd because online forms often don't let you proceed without doing so. Nothing bad will happen with uploading your visa picture (even though technically it's asking for your bio data page.) I believe you can remove it if you want. The website is not very user friendly.

Not just you lol. Don't worry. We were stuck at Accepted for two solid months after POE, but once things finally got in motion, they went very quickly (and normally).

Yep, he got his card 9 days after POE. We didn't even have to go to the office (thankfully)!

GC received on Friday!! Only took one day! Buh-bye USCIS til 2016!!

Congrats to all who received theirs recently too (it looks really spiffy - esp the hologram looking bar on the back with their info) and good luck to all those still waiting, esp you bdrew!

It means your GC is being produced and should be mailed to you soon. The next time your status updates, it will say it has been shipped and will include a USPS tracking number.

Sometimes I think going to the office helps. Oh well its only been a month. Don't worry until 3 months.

I have a feeling an INFOPass is in our near future (booooooooo). I'm giving them until the end of October lol
