I keep asking for the ELIS process to be added to timelines for people (minus K1 and AOS) but thus far it hasn't worked out.

Hi guys,

I need your advice. I'm stuck at the "optmized" stage at ELIS.

Before I was stuck at the "submitted" stage. After 45 days I sent an email message through ELIS. USCIS people created a case at the Texas center. Then I was moved to "optimized" stage and was said by the Texas center to wait up to 90 days. Now 30 days have passed.

What can be done now besides just waiting? How can I contact the Texas center by email?

wait for them to send you the green card.

Really this is like the petition. you pretty much have no idea what's going on until they work on your case then produce the green card.

Next step is wait for your card to arrive. Cris will keep you updated with when handed to USPS etc. ELIS will switch to closed once it's produced and in the mail.

Once Elis switches to card produced they often do in the case status.

It will first just say handed to usps and then (usually by close of business the same day) will provide the tracking number. Then you can refresh the usps site constantly too

No tracking number is provided yet.
