Should be in the USCIS case status tracker now. Should be a week,maybe two before you get the card now.

You entered in October last year and you don't have your card? When did you pay the ELIS fee?

I paid ELIS fees (myself and 3 children) january 2014. I forgot to ad that case is "optimized".

So if the status says optimized (July 1), that means the card production began? When I check the case status on USCIS, it still says initial review. Is this an indication of card production failure?

You've been waiting way too long. Call them or set up an infopass appointment to find out what has happened to your cards. You should have received them months ago.

Are you using your ELIS IOE receipt number to check the case status?

Status finally say Card produced and mailed but no tracking number given. How long would it get to me?

I called USPS and visited their office here. I was told to call USCIS .

So USPS website says it's been delivered to YOUR address?? Call USCIS, make sure your address is exactly correct, and then they can send you a new card. Confirm your address with USPS to make sure your mail is being delivered properly for all members of the household.

Card received,USCIS sent the GC to my old Address. The lady brought it for me tonight. The card is 10years IR1.
