UPDATE: My card will be delivered today but to the old address, I just checked my tracking number on USPS and it has been sent to my husband previous address in Seattle, now I'm in Oklahoma, although we made the change of address and filled in the AR11 form to notify USCIS about it 3 weeks ago, it appears that they just follow the address we put on the Immigrant Visa Application.

Lucky you!! I had to wait 2 long weeks!! I would have applied earlier but my husband was job hunting and we were traveling a lot from Oklahoma to Seattle, and from Seattle to Oklahoma, we didn't know where he was going to get a job and where we were going to end up living... Fortunately a friend of my husband picked up my green card mail in Seattle and he is sending it to us tomorrow smile.png

I was lazy and didn't pay the fee for like 4 months after hubby POE'ed

Then hubby got his card less than a week later because all of his paperwork was where it belonged and they just wanted payment.

My ELIS continued saying "in process" until the USCIS site told me they had been handed over to usps, at which stage ELIS changed to "closed". However, the status date on ELIS had changed to the date the card went into production. Edited by SusieQQQ

My ELIS status date changed recently last Feb 25 but still "in process". I hope it is really in production already.

Thankyou!

USCIS site is much better with actual progress updates :) Yes, it really is in production. FYI ours took about a week from going into production to being received, despite the USCIS site saying it can take up to 30 days.

My case status finally changed to 'Initial Review' on USCIS site.

Almost exactly a month after POE.

How long does the 'review' usually takes before card is being produced?

I presume your ELIS status is at "optimized"? For us card production began 2-3 days after the case appeared on the USCIS site. For 3 of the 4 cards it took a total of 6 days from USCIS site working on the numbers to receiving the cards. The 4th card is still in production, for some reason it took a couple of days longer to get to USCIS than the others, but assuming the same timeline is followed it should go to USPS today. 2 working days for delivery once it's handed over to them.
