Anyway, some more update for today:

I called USCIS Customer Service again today (2nd time). Spoke to another officer and this one has informed me that I didn't actually need to update address anything. The address should already be there with all my paperwork from the interview at the US Embassy back in my home country and all the stuff that I sent to NVC/Dept of State/etc. When I created the account on ELIS, it never asked for address info. I can only update that after the fee is paid. And per this officer, the address on ELIS is not that essential unless I move prior to green card production/delivery then I'd have to update both on ELIS and AR11 online....Well, isn't it great that I got a different statement from each officer every time? Anyway, the officer asked me to call back next week which is 45 days from the date of entry if I still don't have anything ( well , isn't today = 46th day from 12/22/13 - my POE...I took that as it may not count those Xmas, NY, and MLK holidays ). I also got my case inquiry forwarded to Texas Service Center for them to look at as well.

Let's hope and continue the waiting game !

I got the same problem too at first. But if you only intend to update your address, email, or phone number, it won't ask you to go further to provide ID evidence and such. Just make sure you only update those 03 items. Don't even update gender or citizenship status.

Hmm. I'll try again, when I tried to exit after just updating the address it told me it wouldn't save the changes, but pressing "next" took me to the pages above...

Yes contact the USCIS!! The other thing you can do is go get a driver's license or state ID. Even though my green card and SSN was correct, my SAVE db was wrong, but I couldn't correct it at a POE for the driver's license to work out. I had to correct it through the DMV (in Colorado that meant going directly to the Department of Revenue.) This may also help to trigger the ELIS to get on board. Also make sure you have updated your address within the ELIS website.

DL/state ID not an option at the moment as we are out of the US settling things up before making the move permanent. Entered for a few weeks to activate the GCs before our immigrant visas expired.

You may have to wait until you're actually living in the USA again then.

I would still update your address on the ELIS site. It doesn't ask for it, it's an option on the left hand side. It should be in there but when you look at the address, it's not there.

I'm just updating the information that I did, along with what others have done, to make this speedier for everyone. I updated my address but not the other documentation. Just keep clicking next the end.

I never could check mine on there. Some people don't have luck checking it there until the card is produced. But I received the card 2 days after it said card produced (they send it by 2 day priority shipper... keep the shipper in case there is a problem to send it back in.)
