Contact USCIS and they email me same msg which u get

Is it just me or it happens to others too.

Whenever I log into USCIS ELIS it gives me this.

The server is temporarily unable to service your request.

Explanation

The server is unable to service a request because a needed resource is unavailable.

Solution

Please try again later.

It happened to me few times too. Try again some time later and it works. Some times it also says I have attempted to log in with wrong password too many times and my account has been locked. But if you try again some time later it works, using the same password. Teething problems with ELIS....

ELIS is a horrid little website that both badly designed and badly run.


Yeah... Ill wait for 1 week more if status not change to optimize ill go to airport immigration office

From what I understand, the cases are processed at the Texas Service Center, not the POE immigration office.

You think they might help you at the airport?

I dont know but if texas service cant track our case then where is our case right now?

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)
NVC Received : 9/30/2008
Received Packet 3 (I-864/DS-230) : 11/10/2008
NVC says "RFE sent out 12/9/08 for missing documents" : 12/10/2008
CASE COMPLETE - 1/7/2009

Darnell, isn't that the green card status? They haven't received it yet.. I'm assuming it still takes at least another week or two for them to receive it? It just turned to "optimized" just yesterday I think..

Yes a week - 1 month to get the cards. Should take less than a week after it says "card produced"
