Green card production after ELIS

You need to give it 90 days from the payment date, May 20th. So August 18, 2015.

If you still don't have your green card by then, contact the USCIS and speak to a supervisor. They may put in a service request. If you don't have it by the end of the service request, have your USC spouse contact their congressman or senator.

From payment date or POE date? I guess POE if you paid first, as technically you could pay and not have POE for more than 90 days later. If you enter then pay, then it's from payment date? Edited by DaveBrit73

Payment or POE whichever is later. :D

My status also updated on July 10. It was reading May 30 previously. Still says optimized and In Process.

POE May 14

ELIS fee paid May 30

I also tried the USCIS status page and it says the same error message.

I checked ELIS this morning and finally have a status change!!

The status update was 8th July - ELIS still shows "in process", but I copied and pasted the receipt number into the USCIS status page and instead of an error, I got this -

On July 8, 2015, we began producing your new card for your Form OS155A, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxxxx. We will mail your card to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Finally, something is happening. Yay!

It may or may not work on there. If it does that means the card is actually in production and should give you a tracking number (which normally happens when ELIS says "closed")

Since the cards come out of Texas, then I suggest, because TSC is behind in most things, it's likely slow with this as well.

So my husband’s name was written wrong as I mentioned previously (two middle names added as part of first name) and we called USCIS on July 1st to have it fixed. They have a like a case number for that change and said it should be completed by July 16th. Hasn’t been done and we called again and they said it could take 30-45 days. Now I’m wondering if that delays the GC arriving! Nuts!

It's possible. They may have to correct the green card instead of sending it wrong, you sending it back, and them fixing it.

Remember he has a green card in his passport right now.
