I hope it will be alright. I'm looking for jobs within walking distance and there aren't many, so I need to bite the bullet and learn to drive a death machine. I'm seriously convinced I'll accidentally kill someone, I'm that bad.

Hi guys, I arrived in Florida on December 11th 2014 and paid for my green card on December 9th 2014, I called uscis several times and write them a couple of time, first they told me I have to wait then my profile was not complete and I need to put my address it was like two months ago, during the last call they told me my case is in texas and they are taking too much time to print my gc so if i dont get it for tomorrow I have to call again, I am tired of this and I feel scared something wrong happend with my case, during the last call the tier2 told me everything is fine but we never know

Hey, same thing happened to me today. Went from Received Date March 5 (day I paid the ELIS fee) to March 20 (a few days after POE). Status Date is April 7. No other changes since it was already on "Optimized" before, and, like you said, the tracking number still doesn't work. Hopefully something happens soon!

Does this mean my parents will get their card soon sometime this month?

Hi - on April 7, the ELIS system changed our status to "card produced." Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the card after "card produced"? I understand there is supposed to be a tracking number once they mail it, but there is no tracking number listed.

Try inputting your IOE number into the USCIS case tracker. If not it normally takes 2-5 mailing days (M-Sat) to get the card after production provided all addresses on file are correct.

Thank you for your response. I tried looking at USCIS with my receipt number. The most recent information is related to approval of the I-130 from last October. Is that where the tracking number will show once they mail it?

Not your receipt number. Your IOE number from the ELIS website. ioe1234567890

I have few questions :

First some details:---

Entered US in Dec second week

1. From ELIS:

Case Status is Optimized.

Case Details: In Progress

Status Date: Feb, 26, 2015

2. USCIS status FOr IOEXXXX number says:

My Card is being produced

On February 23, 2015, we began producing your new card for your Form OS155A, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Receipt Number IOEXXXX. We will mail your card to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Questions:

1. Why they take so much time to send card? Is it normal?

2. As they are saying card is being produced means Every thing cleared????

3. I called them once they did not say anything new apart from what I see on USCIS website. They also said they will pass message to concerned department.

Is there anyone else with same conditions? Is this normal?
