pls how can I get my IOE ??

Thank you! Do you have your IOE #? (You should be able to see it on ELIS). You can use that number on the case status tracker on uscis.gov. I felt that their updates were a little better than ELIS.

Hello Guys,

My and my parent's cards were mailed on 3rd. The wierd thing is all 3 were together till last night. They left the local sort facility last night together. This facility is 20 min from where i live. Today morning i got the notification that my parents cards had reached the local office and were out for delivery. No notification for me. It still says departed sort facility. Now the thing i dont understand is if they left the sort facility together where did my card go.?!?

I forgot to update the address for me in ELIS. But then if it had address issues it would not have even reached to Sort facility near my home right? I called the local office and asked her how come the mails left together but one didnt reach the local office. She replied " they maybe in different containers. They can get separated sometimes". I found it little wierd. It left the sort facility together and most probably on a single truck. She says we havent received it yet but it left the sort facility last night and should come in a day or two. I hope USPS doesnt loose my card.

BTW my POE was at Chicago,IL on 21st november.

Good luck to everyone!!

pls how can I get my IOE ??

You can find it on the same page you land on when you login to ur ELIS account. :)

I believe Jughead is referring to the invoice number that starts with IOE that is found on the ELIS portal. Right where you go to check on the status details. You should take that # and go to the USCIS portal for a more detailed update as he has suggested. I also found that beneficial when tracking the progress.

ELIS is having a technical issue now according to USCIS CSR. I called them a while ago after my account got locked due to unsuccessful attempts which didn't actually happen. The CSR told me to log in after 2-3 hours or tomorrow.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Wow, it seems like they're behind in printing by more than 45 days! The representative said it was 45. We POE'd on Dec. 4th and our ELIS case still shows just "accepted". :/ Thought this might be helpful, not sure if it was mentioned before but here's the page you can use to electronically contact USCIS about the ELIS system and your case: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus

It's the legit form since just clicking on "contact us" doesn't usually take you there without a hassle to navigate. Had to do a google search for it last week! So much easier if you do happened to get locked out of your account permanently. They just send a reset link to your email for you a couple hours after submitting the form, since resetting the password yourself doesn't work when locked out. Just remember to mention that you're locked out and it goes way more easier than calling around! :)

Also, curious - does anyone know where their green cards get printed? From an email I received earlier today the Texas Service Center is in charge of printing my husband's card.

Well, messaged USCIS the other day as mentioned above and they stated they'd have someone look into. Today it turned to optimized so I guess inquiring about it may have helped! :)

Maybe so! Either way, it could have helped and if not - it helps psychologically to think that we have some power over what happens with this mystical process of card printing. :)
