You can print the i-94 using the following link.

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html;jsessionid=QShgRJJKvJhL3mln82TNwmmNn3Lt7nQtF3TBGP3lgWTpfRV0BgnG!1735354388

She will not get green card unless you are married, you have 90 days to get married and than file for aos.

Once her aos is complete she will get conditional 2 yr GC.

You can follow the guide for AOS

Per our own experience, soon after you get your SSN card, try to get the State ID as well. With State ID, it will be easier to add joint bank accounts, utility accounts, health insurance, credit cards etc.

I know i have to get married within 90 days but i see on the time line they recommend applyin for ssn before getting a merriage certificate

You can apply for SSN anytime before or after marriage, it really does not matter.

I just dont know and understand why ppl freak out about SSN... one only needs SSN when they are ready to start working.

SSN is not a number that identifies one nor does it prove one is legally in the country.

If you she applies before marriage she might have to get it updated with her married name after the marriage.

Right, i think it is now automated. For SSN, based on my experience I filed it after marriage so there's no need to change names anymore but then she needs it for bank & job purposes, getting driver's license/state ID. yes.gif

Not necessarily. I couldn't be added to my husband's health insurance without SSN. So in this case, it may be critical to get one quickly.

Better do it as soon as possible in my opinion.
