Hi,

We're Patrick & Jasmine. We've been lurking around the VJ forums for a couple weeks now. :) Have to say that there's such a lot of useful information here! We just got (L) married (L) last week and are now going through the forms and attempting to get the required things like copies of birth certificates and what not. Patrick's a USC in Oregon, and I(Jasmine) am from Singapore.

We met online while playing an old school MUD (game) back in 2000, were friends for quite a while, but became a couple in 2004. He moved from Maine to Oregon to be with me- We moved in together and have been together for close to 3 years. We haven't filed any forms yet, but are planning to do so soon. I'm here on an F-1 visa, and have been here studying since year end 1999(and somewhat close to graduating). So we're going to do quite a few forms. :( Being that we're both still in college, and finals are approaching, finding the time to do the forms hasn't been the easiest thing but I figure we'll get around to it eventually. Yes. Procrastination is also one of our biggest enemies. hehe.

Nice to meet you all, and I'm sure we'll be posting and asking for help in the incoming weeks! :)

I just want to tell you that I really liked seeing your K-1 journey! I'm mailing off our forms tomorrow 30/11 and we want to get married on 7/7! From looking at yours it seems you did almost the exact same dates last year! That means it can *possibly* be done!
