Frustrated & Sad

August 8, 2013 will be 1 full year since I submitted my I-129F. The NVC ended up sending our paperwork to the wrong embassy (HK vs. MNL) so delay, dealy. Then the HK police sent her policer report to the wrong Embasy. So, delay, delay.

Interview May 14, 2013 - "told approved / congrats". Given 221 for HK Police

Received HK Police on May 23, 2013

IT has been in AP ever since.. today is August 2, 2013.

HELP any input from anyone?

I have emailed the Embassy so many times that I fear they will deny me for doing it so much. I have called them but usually a waste of time. I have contacted my congressman's office.. he merely told me it was in AP. Uh, thanks Congressman.
