Reduce gun violence. Presumably, when felons and the mentally ill are not afforded ready and easy access to firearms, gun violence would be reduced. It's not that hard a concept.

You assume felons and mentally ill go by the law.

Oh Lord. I had resolved that issue over an hour ago. Didn't realize you were THAT slow.

Yes I know.. That is why at 4:55 20 mins ago you asked --"You're apparently pro D. Whatever that means..."

ROFL.... You are a genius.

No, I assume nothing at all. I know that sellers are not necessarily required to ascertain the eligibility of a potential buyer. It's obviously stupid to place the onus on the felon or the mentally incapacitated. It would make more sense to put the burden on the law abiding seller, don't you think. The felon has demonstrated not to obey the law so why would anyone in their right mind rely on the felon to obey the law in not acquiring a firearm? We should be able to trust that the seller, unless a felon himself, would want to obey the law.

you are asumming the laws are broken... or you believe admin telling you laws are broken?

I am assuming laws are broken? Um. Yes. Laws get broken every day.

Or is the government lying to me about that?

So just keep on making new laws.

No, get rid of the old ones. They don't work anyway.

It should be a free for all in this country.

No, I had resolved that she is "all of the above" at 4:03PM - an hour and 5 min prior to you figuring that out. I even placed the very post where I resolved that issue into my response. Timestamp and all.

Man, you ARE slow. laughing.gif

yes penny laws are broken every day.

I know... that's what I'm saying. But you said it was an assumption.

Laws are broken every day, so why have laws? People don't follow them.
