My Fiancee had a successful Interview in Manila on June 25, no 221g was issued or any documents were requested. They kept her passport and said to expect a text from 2go when it was ready to pick up. We were planing a flight to the US next week but checking the status on CEAC it went from "Ready" to "Administrative Processing" I'm sure this is not good news. This afternoon I will call the Embassy to see if they will give us any information on what they need. Can anyone share their thoughts on what this may be and what should I do? Any guess on how long this will take?

I just got off of the phone with the Embassy they would not give me any information other than i was in AP they would not tell me why just quoted the information that was on the web sight. reminds me of calling USCIS, I hope they do not try to mail anything to my Fiancee because she is no longer at the address they have on file as she was preparing to move from the PH. We have not gotten any emails from the Embassy. Does anyone have any ideas how to get in touch with someone at the Embassy that can actually find out more information than I can myself from the web site?

Well your description of events is exactly the same as mine and my fiancee's. I am the USC and was at the interview with my fiancee' on June 4. The visa was supposedly approved and we were told that 2go would contact her about the delivery. Also no 221g and no request for any other info or documents. Our status was "Ready" for about a week then changed to "AP" and stayed in that for the next almost 3 weeks. On July 1 it changed back to "Ready". We have called the Embassy almost daily and have gotten little information that really gives us any help or insight. For 2 weeks now we have been told the visa is in "final processing" and to call back the next day or a couple of days later. We also were planning to return to the U.S. together but after 3 weeks I had to return for work. So my fiancee' is in limbo just waiting for the visa and had also moved out of her residence since we thought the visa would be coming fairly soon. There seems to be no transparency with any part of this process. I would like to be able to give you more positive information but can only relay our circumstances. Best of luck to you, maybe your AP will be faster, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the process.

I had to edit this post..........while I was typing my response to you our status changed back to "AP" after being "Ready" for 2 days. Others have said in posts I have read that theirs was "AP" - "Ready" - "AP" - "Issued". Don't know if that will be the case with ours or not but really all we can do is wait.

Today our status now says "Issued"

Tomorrow I'm expecting it to say "Your visa is ready for pickup at the 2go office located at 1205 Crater ave. Dark side of the Moon"

I am experiencing the almost the same thing. Interview was on June 17, and until now, update just says "Ready."

I just got off the phone with Embassy and they weren't much help too, just said to call back Tuesday.

It's comforting to know Im not the only one. And Congrats on having yours "Issued" already. We are still hoping for the best.

ustraveldocs.com says the passport is ready for pickup. every number I can think of to put in on supplychain.2go.com.ph says its invalid. My Fiancee is flying to Manila right now so I am unable to call her to see if she has received a text. Our plan is to pick up at the MOA. I do hope it is there, I will give an update as soon as I know. Hopefully by Wednesday evening she will be in Alabama.

Hello everyone. I'm in the same situation as well. And I was shocked when I checked my case status from 'Ready' to 'Administrative Processing'. I called earlier the USEM, they told me that I will receive a call or email if they ask for any documents, and I'm hoping not. Because at the releasing area after my interview, the staff of USEM told me that our case is ok and approved that we have to wait for 2 days or last week to receive our passport with visa. And yet, it is been a week since my interview last January 7, 2014. I'm hoping that this is not a serious matter about my case. I'm a bit worried.
