By the way, decition was made last 10/22/13, for tracking purposes.

Since Thursday 11/7/13 our case status on USCIS website has been "case cannot be found". Called USCIS just now to find out why. Got trapped in phone menu, escaped via "technical problems with website" choice. First person escalated to second person. 30 minutes on hold. Second person said it was because our case was "in transit" from VSC to CSC and that I-751 applications take 9 to 12 months. Pointed out that the CSC transfer was two months ago, that the USCIS website says I-751 takes 6 months, and that fellow VJ'ers with similar filing dates were getting green cards. Second person repeats all the BS and says that when our case arrives at its new location we will be able to view status on the website again.

Check the reference number from the Biometrics letter, which is the right one - may it is same as the CSC transfer letter reference.
