I'm not sure about this but I think the way to change your address is by submitting a specific form, not just by calling. Please somebody correct if I'm wrong

So you never got the notices of action for AOS/AP (and EAD ?) but you got the biometrics appointment letter?

When was your AP approved? Have you applied for EAD also?

Either make an infopass appointment to inquire about your undelivered mail, or call the USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 immigration officer that can see your case info and help you. The tier one people that answer the phone are of no help.

you have an address problem.

Most likely it is with USPS and not USCIS.

For now, make a name card with the names of all humans that live at your address, and tape it to the inside of your postal box.

Then, call USCIS:

1. get an ISO, telling the CSR you have a problem with returned mail pieces.

2. go over the returned mail pieces with an ISO.

3. go over the proper address with the ISO and finally

4. ask the ISO to resend all of your returned mail pieces.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

You need to call the USCIS and have that notice re-mailed ASAP as it might be your interview appointment. Undeliverable means the USPS did not deliver the mail and returned it to the USCIS. That happened to us as my wife was not listed on the mailbox and the USPS employee decided that she did not live there and took it upon him/herself to return the letter. Call the USCIS and get them to resend the notice. Then go to your local post office and get the form to add everybody that is to receive mail at that address. You may also want to put a piece of paper in your mailbox with all names that are to receive mail (or at least the USC and the immigrant until the process is complete). This seems to be more of an issue if you life in an apartment.

Good luck,

Dave
