Hey Everyone, I was shock today when I when online to check the status of my I-765 ( 102 days and still waiting) and I saw that my I-485 was touch. Current Status: Notice mailed wecloming the new permanent resident. Does this mean I've been approve? If so how long until I get the green card? Good luck to everyone else and thank you to everyone for all the great advice and kind words I have recieved from this site. I also added finally did my timeline today :)

08/12/06 Mail I-485, I-130 and I-765

08/18/06 Receipt date I-765( day 1)

08/24/06 NOA1 I-765 (day 6)

08/29/06 Receive Biometric letter in mail (day 11)

09/05/06 Biometric appointment (everything when okay) (day 18)

09/06/06 I-765 touch day 19

11/20/06 Call i-1800 regarding my I-765 beyond processing time (day 94)

11/21/06 I-765 Touch (day 95)

11/25/06 Got letter about change of address& I-765 beyond processing time (day 99)

Still no EAD102 days and counting

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
