I am almost ready to submit, just a few more questions.

Is it necessary to include a separate page for question 18 (on explaining how you met and how you've sustained a relationship). I feel like I summed it up in the box, I am just wondering how important or how much more detail is required. Has anyone had success without the additional page?

Also, in terms of proof. I have about 4 or 5 flight itineraries and pictures from each trip. Is anything else necessary?

The box and question are a good way to gauge if you've put enough. It shouldn't need a separate sheet, so you sound good there.

For your itineraries - do you also have supporting passport stamps and boarding passes to go with them? That's good primary evidence. Also, include any photos from those trips of you both.

The size of the box is the length of response they expect.

Choose one meeting and describe that and included evidences of that meeting. No need to mention any other meeting until the interivew.

It's really that simple.

You do not get extra credit for mentioning other meetings. Just one.

Send all pages of your passport. Any motel, cab, cafe, credit card statements with activity in their country. Copy of boarding passes. Make sure you send correct size of passport photos. Pictures of the two of you together- make sure they are time stamped or write on back of them the date and location. And the big one - make sure the letter of intent has statement that you plan on getting married within the 90 days of arrival as required by the K1 visa requirement.
