And of course you left out he also put one on her for the same thing and both were granted. No ground for her claims were ever sustained. That is a darn long way from arrested for domestic violence .

I said I misspoke. He was not arrested for domestic violence, he had a restraining order put on him. And yes, she did too. But she isn't who we're talking about, because as far as I know ... she didn't kill anyone.

I guess we'll ignore the resisting an officer with violence thing though. Focus on what's important!

I definitely agree with that.

If TM has a history of being violent then it makes it more believable that he attacked GZ. And if GZ has a history of anger problems and violence, then it increases the chance that he caused the entire event and maybe even took a swing at TM first. I think both of their pasts are relevant.

Well, TM does have a history of being violent.

The state made an attempt to get it repressed from evidence , but the defense has several paths available to them to bring it out for the jury.

All charges were dropped. Not saying GZ was a saint. I am rebuffing the comment you made that he clearly has an anger problem, although every bit of testimony given to date said he was calm and did nothing to make anyone think he acted out of malice.

His neighbor testified he was a nice guy and always very calm and respectful

The 9-11 operator said his manner and voice was calm and did not show any reason for concern

The cop doing the interview said the same

The detective said the same

Yet Penny Lane the expert says he has an anger problem, because she wants it to be true and just made up things. Yet any of us that dare point out TM had a very troubled past, well ! we are just judgmental and trying to judge a poor black kid . ( Paraphrase)
