GZ had been arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and then resisting an officer WITH violence.

GZ had never been arrested for domestic violence. You people just keep making this shat up , do you even care about the truth

That is why you think we are being so defensive, when in fact we just want the facts to come out. The charges against him in the resisting arrest case were eventually drooped.

Trayvon Martin is NOT on trial. George Zimmermann's past is by and large off the table for this trial. He's the accused. He's the one that took a life. If his past is off limits for this trial then why should the past of his victim not be off limits? Even more so since Trayvon Martin does not have a past arrest and charges record while Zimmermann most certainly does. Based on what's on record, it's easy to see that Zimmermann is the one with anger and violence issues in his past. He's also the one accused of murder in the second degree. I don't think it's a coincidence.

I definitely agree with that.

If TM has a history of being violent then it makes it more believable that he attacked GZ. And if GZ has a history of anger problems and violence, then it increases the chance that he caused the entire event and maybe even took a swing at TM first. I think both of their pasts are relevant.

It wasn't a fabrication, it was a mistake. His former fiancee put out a restraining order on him due to domestic violence.

He was arrested for resisting a police officer with violence.

And of course you left out he also put one on her for the same thing and both were granted. No ground for her claims were ever sustained. That is a darn long way from arrested for domestic violence .
