Only 24 pages today...slow day I guess. ;)

Tomorrow it's getting good.

Either a challenge based on case law regarding the GZ school records or some fireworks from the professor and the evidence.

Also two witnesses flew in to testify will take the stand tomorrow.

Then no court on the 4th. :( Slackers...

By that logic, Zimmermann had nothing to defend himself against seeing how he had no defensive wounds either. So Martin banged Zimmermann with both hands MMA style while he also smashed his head against the concrete and also suffocated Zimmermann with at least one hand while also reaching for that gun. How many arms and hands did Martin have? And all Zimmermann took away from all that allegedly life threatening beating were insignificant injuries. And all the while the former bouncer that took intensive MMA training himself could not even block one of these blows? You find that credible?

Years from now you'll be able to say, "there was this one idiot who started a Zimmerman thread on VJ for every day of that 3 month trial and that caused more dang problems than I ever saw. I kinda miss all those b@stards...well except Gary."

Except defensive wounds are not required. Deadly force is supposed to prevent those. It did. Funny that the best post you have seen is one imagining something that is not necessary and then noting what is not necessary does not exist.

Maybe you just need to read some more. I suggest a google search of "Florida deadly force statute"
