No defensive injuries. The swollen knuckle is no big news because everyone assumes GZ didn't hit himself. Its not cut or even really swollen because he died soon after and histamines stop flowing to the area.

TM had no defensive injuries because he had nothing to defend himself against. He was whupping GZ's azz. And why is the possibility that he went for the gun so hard to imagine?

I'm not going to waste my time going thru last nights thread. You said TM didn't have a mark on his body and you had no idea how GZ got his wounds. You said there was no blood on the concrete so his head didn't hit the concrete. You said there was none of GZ's blood on TM and you had no idea how George got his injuries. This isn't the first time you've changed what you said.

By that logic, Zimmermann had nothing to defend himself against seeing how he had no defensive wounds either. So Martin banged Zimmermann with both hands MMA style while he also smashed his head against the concrete and also suffocated Zimmermann with at least one hand while also reaching for that gun. How many arms and hands did Martin have? And all Zimmermann took away from all that allegedly life threatening beating were insignificant injuries. And all the while the former bouncer that took intensive MMA training himself could not even block one of these blows? You find that credible?

Zimmerman also had a bloody nose and cuts on the back of his head. A witness saw TM on top. GZ admits to calling for help. TM's honey heard cries for help.

This isn't the first time you've changed what you said.

I did talk about the lack of blood on Martins hands and the lack of blood on the sidewalk. I did not say that Martin had no wounds. I did not say that I had no idea how Zimmermann got his wounds, I said that the wounds and the lack of forensic evidence on Martin's hands and the sidewalk are inconsistent with the account offered of the profuse beating and slamming of Zimmermann's head into the sidewalk that the defense claims had occurred. That is not at all the same as me saying that Martin had no wounds or that Marin did not inflict the minor injuries on Zimmermann during an altercation. Coincidentally, the ME today echoed the very sentiments I expressed yesterday on the stand today.

Okay, let's examine that. Here is what I posted:

That rain must have done a good job washing. The sidewalk, Martin's hands, sleeves, and whatever else would have come in contact with Zimmermann's bleeding face and skull during the intense altercation where Martin allegedly covered Zimmermann's mouth and nose to the point that Zimmermann felt he was suffocating. All that and not a drop of blood on the alleged assailant. The rain. Magic rain perhaps. It's close enough to Orlando where magic happens every day, eh?

Nowhere does it say that Martin did not inflict the minor injuries on Zimmermann. Nowhere does it say that Martin had no injuries. All it talks about is the lack of evidence backing up Zimmermann's claim that Martin profusely beat him, ried to suffocate him and smashed his head into the sidewalk to where Zimmermann felt he was about to pass out. That's all I said. Repeatedly. It just doesn't add up to what you claimed I said.

Did you watch the MEs testimony today? The nose? That injury - insignificant as it is - is consistent with a single blow. The lacerations on the back of the head - insignificant as they are - are inconsistent with having one's head repeatedly smashed onto concrete (there's no witness to back that part of Zimmermann's account up, by the way). The lack of further injuries to the face are inconsistent with the MMA style beat down that is claimed to have occured - unless none of the MMA style blows actually hit Zimmermann. That's the ME testifying today. And that's what I've been saying dozens of times yesterday.
