Why try any murder case at all? It's not like any of those has ever brought back a dead person, right? Why spend millions on locking up the perps and why spend millions more to snuff them out? That doesn't bring any of the dead back either. We should do the fiscally responsible thing and not do anything about murders. Just let chit slide and save the dough, right?

People have been known to suffer employment setbacks and get back on their feet. I am not aware of anyone that was killed ever getting back on their feet. Are you?
