I told you what I'm basing it on. The same kind of thing you base your assumptions about TM on.

So you based GZ anger problem on what specifically ? The arrest for DV that was not true or the arrest for assaulting a P.O. while intoxicated, which the charges were dropped .

How about the hours of testimony stating he was always very calm and respectful.

Most of the thing said about TM are well documented.

I told you what I'm basing it on. Charges being reduced or dropped does not mean the incidents didn't happen. Especially if one was dropped only because he agreed to go to an alcohol education program.

But if you think his record doesn't matter, fine. You're free to believe whatever you'd like. I'm sure he's a swell dude.

We both know that at the end of the day, what matters is what you believe. Nobody here says TM is a saint, but you'll accuse us of saying it anyway.

Charges were dropped because he agreed to go to an alcohol program. His other charge was reduced.

Does that mean the incidents did not happen?

No all charges were dismissed. I don't know if it means it did not happen or not. Some judge must have thought, that if something happned it must not have been as charged. Happens all the time

Basically you just want GZ convicted does not matter he really committed the crime or not.

Of course. It was all just a misunderstanding.

I'm not making anything up. He had his charges reduced then waived. That means nothing happened, right?

Why would I want an innocent man convicted? If he's innocent, I hope he walks. If he isn't, I hope he serves time.

See how logical that is?

I'm not being hysterical about it. I'm not on anyone's "team". I have my opinion of what happened, you have yours.

If my opinion is wrong, then so be it.

I have no idea why you think I'd want an innocent man in jail.

Oh no, medical examiner states the two wounds on the head are consistent with the head hitting the pavement once and that the injuries were very minor and not life threatening.

I don't know, you kept saying only one charge was dropped.all were dropped.

So you were basing you assessment of GZ anger problem on an arrest that did not happen and accusation and charges that were later dropped.

Now mind telling us what else you got ?

we got about 5 prosecution witnesses in the case saying he does not

As per your logic your insurance company would be able to count all the dimissed speeding tickets, I am sure they would love it.

Lets see how that flows.

Stop making sense, woman. You'll make heads explode around here and that will be held against you.

The hysteria around here is hard to battle against.

It seems simply thinking this trial is necessary means you want GZ's head or want him hanged or you're a racist or something.
