Hi Forum :

Does any one have a cover letter format that is used when we send the documents to NVC.

My case is yet to be assigned a case number but still am preparing for it.

When will I be asked to pay the fee and when will my mother get the choice of agent document. I have one signed by her and ready with me to save time, but not sure how and when we get the bar code to paste on it.

Moving slowly but long way still... my mom a widow is keeping her hope alive..... This year have been spending some time overseas taking care of my mother. My kid and wife are here in US. No one back with my mother to handle the paper work. Might have to travel once my documents moves from NVC to the US consulate back home....

Lets keep hope ....and do our best ....

no bar code with ds3032 and you can email it when you get your case number

aos bill is available quickly.. after payment you can access the barcode coversheet

after ds3032 is accepted a few days after, payment is available.. then same with barcode cover sheet

you don't really need a cover, but I am using one too

just basic.. nvc case number; uscis receipt number; beneficiary and petitioner info.. including birthdate and email addresses; date; re:; to whom it may concern, please find blah blah blah

good to see you will be in the nvc thread smile.png

don't forget to write your case number on all documents.. pencil if it is an original you are taking back at the interview

Thanks for the reply.

no bar code with ds3032 and you can email it when you get your case number

1. On the top of the 3032 its says place your bar code here.

2. What I understand is after one send the DS 3023. the AOS bill is available based on the DS3032

3 Once the AOS bill is paid you have access to the Barcode Cover sheet. Now when is this Bar c0de required . I see only the DS 3032 needs that and none of the other form ask for the Bar Code.

4. I will use a generic cover letter with all the details you mentioned good to see you will be in the nvc thread smile.png

5. Should I write the case number with pencil on all the documents starting with the tax transcripts from IRS to BC to all other documents.
