I have a question regarding DCF.

We recieved and email stating that our I130 had been approved and that we should wait about 6 months for further briefing. What should we expect between now and then? Should we only expect a package of some sort or just an email?

Also, when asking about what we should do and inquiring about our case, they told us to provide a Case Number and that we should start filling out our profile at this site:

https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

Should we start to fill out this immediately? My wife is a US Citizen, does that make me the APPLICANT? Or is she the APPLICANT?

Thank you very much VJs!

You are the applicant if you are filing for your permanent residence in the US. You should be provided with a case number in the "packet" that they send you either via email or regular mail. I would keep emailing and inquiring because 6 months seems like a long time, but each consulate has different wait times. Good luck!
