2 check lists in one month !!!!!!

i have just recieved a checklist from NVC asking for the same form I-864 which i have send it on june 10 2013

i called them and they say wait another 20 bussiness day to get a answer of that

i already waited almost 20 bussiness day

is it normal or should i respond to this checklist again

you sure it wasn't a false check list ?do you see any boxes with X or are they all blacked out ?did NVC say you had a check? If all blacked out its a false check list.
