Hello Members,

Few weeks ago when I spoke with Tier2 I was told that my file is in the process to be sent to local field office and the same was also mentioned in the e-mail sent to my congressman's office.

I called today and was told by the Tier 2 that he does not show that the file was going to get transferred to local office. Why am I hearing two conflicting statements? Anybody ran into this issue?

Thanks,

Because it appears that they have to dig a little more into the file or go onto some sort of second screen to see if it has been transferred and many are too lazy to do that or uninformed.

I think if your approval was to come out of NBC, it would have been done by now.

I wouldn't even bother to ask about anything that is in the future.. yes there are several screens they have to roll through to see your petition transfer.. but someone in Virginia or wherever it is have little to no knowledge as far as I am concerned as to what WILL happen at an office in Missouri
