11 Months and Still no NoA2

I-129F RFE(s) : 7/7/2012 (When they asked for city, country in the same box, I accidentally only wrote the city).

Called once a month after hitting the 6 month mark, and finally allowed me to inquiry about my case being outside normal processing times.

Inquiry about Outside Normal Processing Times: 5/29/2013

I called and created another inquiry today on 7/1/2013. They told me to call in 15 days if I haven't received any type of response.

It's been 11 months so far, and I have still no more information or help. Every time I called, the only information they gave me was just to wait. Can anyone provide me with any advice if I still don't receive any help or results in 15 days? Or any advise to raise my chances in 15 days?

Have you considered or tried getting in touch with your senators and congressman, and the CIS Ombudsman? None of these have been useful for me so far, but others have had success going those routes.
