not able to log into NVC site

I just called NVC and got my nvc case number and IIN, but when I try to log in to the NVC site it says that the numbers do not match their records. Does it take some time before I am able to log in to the site?

I am the USC


Marriage : 2012-10-24
I-130 Priority Date : 2012-11-26
I-130 NOA1 : 2012-12-01
Case status visible online: 2012-12-19
Transferred to Atlanta field office: 2013-01-04

I-130 NOA 2 : 2013-06-12

NVC fees paid : 2013-07-01

AOS/IV Packages sent: 2013-07-05

Case Complete (Phone confirmation): 2013-08-03

Interview Scheduled: 2013-08-21

Arrival in US : 2013-10-04

called nvc and confirmed numbers were correct, the rep on phone told me I have to wait for the email before I can login :/ which can take 2-4 weeks

so the case number they gave me was ISO (or so I thought oops8rh.gif and confirmed) but my lawyer just sent me an email she recieved from NVC which had the correct number starting with ISL and I have made the payments
