waaaaaaaaah petition approved.. i saw first in my fiance email.. then i check it at uscis... august 23 approved..:).. noa1 is july 16. transfer from vermont to texas..:)

  • June 13, 2013------------ Met in philippines( face to face)
  • June 14, 2013------------ Got engaged
  • June 17, 2013------------ My Fiance went back to usa

k-1 visa journey process start at:

July 09, 2013------------- Filed for I-129F (using USPS mail)

July 12, 2013------------- Status is delivered- acceptance

July 17, 2013------------- Status is regarding reciept number and routed at vermont service center.

July 22, 2013------------- Status regarding alien registration number was change..

July 23, 2003------------- NOA1 hardcopy recieve in the mail.

August 06, 2013----------- Status regarding transferred to a new service center.

August 10, 2013----------- NOAT hardcopy recieved by mail it indicate transfer to texas.

August 23, 2013----------- Status regarding I-129f is APPROVED!!!

August 30, 2013----------- NOA2 Hardcopy recieved by mail.

August 30, 2013----------- Status regarding that they shipped the approved or re-affirmed case to the department of state for visa processing.

September 09, 2013-------- My fiance called nvc hotline today sept 12, 213 at 12 mdnight here. and sept 11, 2013 at 12 nn in usa.. then

finally got our mcn.. the lady said it was recieved by nvc sept 09..

September 16, 2013-------- NVC LETTER recieved by mail.

October 7, 2013------------ medical

October 09, 2013----------- medical passed ( k1 and k2 )

October 18, 2013-----------instruction letter from usem recieved

October 23, 2013-----------Interview approved BUT GOT 221G- CENOMAR REVERIFICATION.

NOV 14, 2013 MY VISA ISSUED

NOV 21 2013 MY DAUGHTER VISA ISSUED

November 25, 2013 VISA ON HAND FINALLY

November 26, 2013 done CFO

OATH TAKING = september 18, 2018 in springfield armory, massachusetts officer gave me the oath schedule right after the interview. he told me to wait outside and sit and wait for the paper for the sched interview.
FIELD OFFICE= The Whitcomb Building in Springfield MA.( was under lawrence, massachusetts field office)
The officer who interviewed me told that they do 2x a month interview at The whitcomb building in springfield Ma but they are from laurence , MA field office.
 

GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card
Sent: Date N-400 was mailed to USCIS
Cashd: Date your check was cashed / credit card was charged by USCIS
NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification
Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics)
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview shceduling

Hello all. We are also July filers with a NOA1 date of July 17, 2013. I just found this thread after seeing the June filers thread I really felt left out. Glad to have found my place with seemingly great people because I don't know about you guys but my circle of friends mean well but are irritating with their lack of understanding of the process & unhelpful advice of "what they would do if they were me." Like I can go to USCIS and demand they put my petition through NOW lol.

I got super excited when I saw a July filer get approved. I knew it had to be an expedite but I confirmed it wasn't. YaaaaY hope filled my mind that since they're NOA1 date was a week before mine I was ok thinking I should hear something within the next week, but then a July filer with my same exact NOA1 date was approved yesterday So there went my 'dated batches' theory I created in my head. Now I'm still hopeful but I was so prepared to celebrate our moving to the next step.

On a positive note I literally have to keep reminding myself that it does seem it will be before November like I thought so I need to be appreciative. .. right? Lol

It is so nice to talk to someone that can relate. You are absolutely right it will all be worth it in the end. I can't think of one part of this long irritating process that my hunny isn't worth going thru it for.

There is no rhyme or reason to why some July filers are getting approved in at least two service centers but there are still many earlier filers that haven't moved forward. All I can say is I hope to be in the group that is moving forward within the upcoming week. Praying super duper hard!

The way I understand it, petitions with the same/similar dates are put into a box. The staff at the service centre pick up a box and work through it. Even though your petition has the same NOA1 date as another person's, it might be in the next box along to theirs, being worked on by someone else or not picked up yet. Can't be too long though if July boxes are being picked up already...let us know when you hear something :D

Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview
Interview: Date of your interview
Oath: Date Oath taken

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview

The way I understand it, petitions with the same/similar dates are put into a box. The staff at the service centre pick up a box and work through it. Even though your petition has the same NOA1 date as another person's, it might be in the next box along to theirs, being worked on by someone else or not picked up yet. Can't be too long though if July boxes are being picked up already...let us know when you hear something :D

I am hoping that our box/batch of files are next. I was playing with the receipt numbers near mine and it does seem like right before my number is where the approvals stopped for I129F's but a few I130's & EAD's past my number just got decisions in the last couple of days. It is most definitely looking promising! Just as I was preparing myself to wait til November now it seems this weekend is gonna be too long for me to wait for them to get back to work on the positions next week. lol :-(

I'm very happy to know July filers are getting approved but I was thinking I had more time (but I'm happy there is a good possibility I have less time) to figure out EXACTLY what Packet 3 is and how do you prepare for it before you get it? Anyone know about this?
