Hello everyone. Just got some updates for my case. as I am a july filer, I decided to post my updates to see if anybody from july f got the same message. So the message is "we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed." I am not sure exactly what does that mean bad or good, but at list I see that something is moving on with it :)))

Hello Everyone,

I sent my I129F application on July 8, 2013; I received my fist notice on July 10, 2013. Then I received an email notice on August 7, saying that my case was transferred to another local office. On August 10, I received my second mail notice saying that my case was transferred to Taxes service center. On the hardcopy mail notice, I also see that they assigned my fiancé with an “Alien registration number" (equals to Green card number)?? Then i think all i can do now is to wait for another 3 to 5 months for their decision...

I read all the posts for July K-1 Visa filers, I think most of us are at the same stage... Hopefully, luck is on our side... Because I've been a long distance relationship with my fiancé for 5 years .Every year i will spend 2-3 months with my fiance in China..When I submitted my application, I also submitted 1200 pages online chat conversation and so many pictures for 5 years... I hope they will trust me and my fiancé really love each other and want to get married soon.... I myself also have 3 years income support for my fiancé...I meet the income requirement.... Cross finger.... I prepared everything by myself... so stressful... I didn't hire a lawyer to help me file the K-1 Visa because they charge like $2000.....

Good luck, everyone... and keep update your case status...dancin5hr.gif

If you are a VSC filer the chances are high that you will be directed from July per below. We are CSC and hoping for a speedy response! Good luck everyone! Redirecting Form I-129F

Starting the week of July 29, 2013, USCIS began redirecting all newly filed Forms I-129F from the VSC to the TSC. The receipt notice will bear a TSC receipt number beginning with “SRC”. The case will be processed by the TSC. The CSC will continue receiving Forms I-129F.

USCIS will post additional Web updates to inform customers of any future workload realignments.

Hey! I am curious about sth... if someone could explain me I would appreciate.

I've sent my I-129F on 1st of July 2013. I got a number on my NOA1 to go to USCIS site and check for updates... ok

I literally typed wrong my number, I mean the last number. ei 373... mine is 375. And 2 numbers b4 me got this mesage: "On July 31, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on..bla blabla..."

What does it mean? That they are working on July fillers already? Or what?

Thanks for any guess or reply :)
