Status on CEAC website changed to "ready" and dates are listed under "case creation" and "status updated" -

Case creation date: 18-Oct-2013

Status updated date: 29-Oct-2o13

I'm guessing this means that the embassy has "processed" it and the next time the date changes on 'status updated' it would mean packet 3 has been sent out? I would call the embassy in Singapore to check but the last 14 attempts to speak to a human at the IV unit have all failed miserably. :P Things are moving along... :)

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

I have a ridiculous question. ROE..request of evidence? Once you get noA1 do they ask you to send more evidence?? im clueless !

If you have missed something out in your package, you may get a Request for Evidence, RFE, after your NOA1. It just means you have to provide them with whatever was missing (maybe a signature or evidence of meeting in person, there are a lot of possible reasons). If you have included everything necessary for them to process your case, you'll escape the dreaded RFE. ;)
