Just got a text from TSC that they have updated my status. Checked online and finally our I-129F is approved a week after I emailed them the RFE. Im so happy that we are moving on to the next step. Just hang in there guys . Your turn will come soon.

Congrats!!! We are still waiting for the decision, on October 16 our case status updates RFE to RFE review! We got RFE for letter of intent to marry

Im about to send my I-129F package in! My letter of intent to marry is very short and is basically the same as the example on here. Is that okay? What did everyone else do?? Thank you!

Yes, that's ok. Me and my fiance also copied the sample here on VJ and didn't have any problems. Just remember, you and your fiance need to send a separate letter of intent. Goodluck with your visa journey!

So beyond happy to report that only 35, wait, make that 34 days since NOA2 and the NVC FINALLY HAS OUR CASE!!! Called them at 3pm today and was told they still had not rec'd our petition. Thought, what the heck, I'll call back now. Hung up the phone with them at 7:15pm'ish and ladies and gentlemen <insert drum roll here>, we HAVE A CASE NUMBER ISSUED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is STILL HOPE that the CSC to NVC slow-down is finally picking up the pace! Yay!!

just got off the phone with NVC. Got my case number woohoo!!!

hmmmm.... we received our NOA2 on Sept. 10th and no case # from NVC. 44 days now.

I'm seeing that people after us are getting their case #. Should I be doing anything else besides calling NVC?
