So for those of you who have been approved -

On the uscis website when you check your status, theres essentially four stages - Acceptance, Initial Review, Decision and Post Decision Activity.

From the numbers I had checked which had approvals, it was on the Post Decision Activity stage - So my question to you is ... Does it actually go to Decision stage, or does it kind of jump that that and go from Initial Review to Post Decision Activity... OR .... did your status change to Decision some time between Initial Review and your approval?

It will stay at "Post Decision Activity." Because you were approved at Vermont or Texas you will likely receive an email/text (if you have signed up for them) letting you know your case has been transferred to the NVC. Us, in California, though approved for NOA2 faster have not been receiving updates when our petitions were transferred and the wait time has been anywhere from 5-8 weeks. Congrats your case is being transferred from VSC or TSC!

Congratulations! :) You can start compiling the documents required for the interview (new letter of intent to marry, I-134 and supporting documents, etc) listed here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

In a couple weeks you can also start calling the NVC for your case number. Good luck!

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

Mine jumped to Post Decision :) And Tichi is right, us CSC'ers didn't get an email about the case being sent to NVC.

Well - I haven't been approved yet, still waiting patiently for my NOA2. I was just wondering whenever i DO get approved, does it go directly from initial review to post decision activity?

It seems like it doesnt really move to the "Decision" stage for anyone - they are either waiting unknowingly at the "Initial Review," until suddenly they are approved and it is moved straight to Post decision activity.

Is that correct?

Would you mind filling in your timeline? or perhaps posting it?

I'm curious what it is for you since I am in a similar situation - Boston, MA & The Netherlands which is somewhat similar to Denmark, at least location wise.

We got our I129F Approval tonight !!!!!

It's crazy because I have dreamt it last night as well star_smile.gif and I was just telling my fiancé, but we both laugh it off considering it for 'wishful thinking'...

I'm still in shock, we've been through tribulations and delays with the whole process, but it is all worth it now.

For all of you still waiting - hang in there guys, it is coming. rose.gif You are already on your way.

...it is so true how they say: Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet!

*Sending +~+~+~+~+ (positive) vibes*
